Obituary of Terence Patrick Marentette

Marentette, Terence Patrick "Terry". Born December 6, 1930, Passed away at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital on May 22, 2013 at the age of 82. Son of the late Amadee and Margaret Marentette. Dear brother of Bernard (Rosemary) and William (Viola) Marentette. Terry is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Terry leaves many beloved friends whose lives he touched. He always made sure he left a lasting impression once you met him. Terry taught Business and English for many years at Brennan and Catholic Central high schools with the Windsor Separate School Board. In his retirement he volunteered in the Emergency Department at Grace Hospital for many years. Thank you to the Health Care workers at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital for their compassionate care of Terry during his final weeks. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Road E. on Tuesday May 28, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday May 29, 2013 at St. John Vianney (385 Dieppe Street) from 10:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. Donations in memory of Terry may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
