Obituary of Loretta Major

Major, Loretta (nee Ross) It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother on Tuesday May 7, 2013 at the age of 80 years with her loving family by her side. She has joined her beloved husband Albert ( 2007). Precious and adored mother to Paul (Mary) , Alan (Debbie), Linda (Gabe), Leonard (Barb) and Raymond (Sharon). Survived by her loving sister Lena Wagner. Predeceased by her mother Marie Ross (nee Menard) and father Eugene Ross, also siblings Lawrence, Rene, Gerald, Lillian, Jackie and Jacque. Loving and caring grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed by many. Also survived by many nieces and nephews; and she was also like a mother figure to Pam. Life long friend to Joe and Lorette Rivard. Many thanks to the 4th and 5th floor medical staff and pastoral services at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital who cared for her in her final days; and to the wonderful care workers at La Chaumiere Retirement Home. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Thursday May 9, 2013 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Friday May 10, 2013 at 10:30 am in the Chapel.
