Proulx, Irene Welma (nee Topazinni) Passed away peacefully at Heron Terrace on April 25, 2013 at the age of 93 years. Reunited with husband George Proulx (1983). Beloved mother of Darlene and husband George Alford. Dear sister of Ilca Zelda of Michigan. As per Irene's wishes, a private family service has taken place.
