Di Cesare, Katerina Luigia (nee Gneo) It is with broken hearts that we express the untimely passing of our beloved Katerina on April 15, 2013 at 42 years of age. Mourning her loss is her loving husband Romano and adoring children Cesare and Marilena. "Katerina lived and breathed for her beautiful children". Loving daughter of Maria and Romolo Gneo. Daughter-in-law of Nunzio Di Cesare. Cherished sister to Bernie and Rose Gneo and loving sister-in-law to Concetta and Carlo Cafueri, Cesare and Katherine Di Cesare, Iolanda Di Cesare, Silvana Di Cesare, Maria and Tim McKie, and Antonia Di Cesare and Kevin Piasentin. Loved Zia to Gabriel, Carla, Maurizio, Gianluca, Nunzio, Milica, Milena, David, Joshua, Rebekah, Connor, and Portia. Katerina will be forever loved by her extended family. Waiting with open arms in heaven are her grandparents Francesco and Teresa Mariani, and Luigi and Luigia Gneo, and Caterina Vincenzo. A special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus (I.C.U.), 4th floor Oncology and especially her Oncologists Dr. Hamm and Dr. Gupta for the compassionate and devoted care shown to Katerina, you will never be forgotten.
