VECCHIONE / VALENTE Emilia ( nee Capaldi ) 95 years, peacefully in the loving arms of her daughter and surrounded by her loved ones at Extendicare Tecumseh on April 10, 2013. Predeceased by her Husband Pietro Valente ( 1944 ) and Antonio Vecchione ( 1986 ). Loving Mom to Mario Valente , Lina DiLuca ( Domenic ), Remo Valente ( Fernanda ) and Domenic Vecchione. Cherished Nonna to Carlo DiLuca ( Catherine ), Julio DiLuca ( Nicole ), David DiLuca ( Silvana ), Kevin DiLuca ( Sara ), Steven Valente ( Eugenia ), Michael Valente ( Edyta), Peter Valente ( Darcie ), Gabriel Valente ( Bobbi - Lynn ) and Amy - Lynn Valente - Sarkis ( Matthew ). Precious Bis-Nonna to 16 beautiful great grandchildren. Survived by Brother Loreto Capaldi and predeceased by 2 brothers & 4 sisters. Loving Zia to many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Saturday April 13, 2013 at 10:00 AM from the Banwell Chapel then to St. Angela Merici Church ( 980 Louis Ave ) for funeral mass at 11:00 AM.
