Obituary of Glen H. Middleton

MIDDLETON, Glen H. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 6, 2013, with his family by his side, at Windsor Regional Hospital-Met Campus, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of 58 years to Rose (nee Suli). Loving father of Kevin and his wife Laura. Cherished grandfather of his pride and joy Brandon, and Duke the Boxer. Loving Son of the late Effie & Delbert Middleton. Beloved brother Jesse Poole, Loretta Drouilard, and Lyle Middleton. Predeceased by 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Brother in-law to Helen Ridsdale and the late Don Ridsdale. Uncle to Jeff Ridsdale and family. Glen is also remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Glen was builder and owner of Big "M" Lunch at Grand Marais and Meldrum. He also owned and Operated Big "M" Home Service Heating & Cooling. A special thanks to all our loyal customers and friends. He worked at Union Gas Company for 16 years. Glen loved going to his cottage at Belcreft Beach. A special thanks to Dr. Dale Ziter, Dr. Luo, Dr. Ianichello, Dr. Hermiz and all the staff and nurses at St. Elizabeth"s for all the care and support. A private Funeral Mass was celebrated at Most Precious Blood to honour Glen"s wishes. Interment followed at Victoria Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E.
