Obituary of Ernest Thomas Marion

MARION, Ernest Thomas " Ernie " Passed away peacefully on March 13th , 2013 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of Lorraine "Ollie" (nee Ouellette). Loving father of Jerome ( Jerry ) & wife Gladys , late Denise & survived by husband Bill Petruniak and Mark. Cherished grandfather of Stacey Marion, Jennifer (Lindy) Petruniak, Christine (Jason) Joliceour, Jason (Julia) Petruniak and Scott Marion. Loving great grandfather to 6 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of late Alfred Marion, late Eugene Marion and survived by Loretta ( Tony ) DeBortoli. Predeceased by parents Joseph & Margaret Marion. Ernest retired from GM Trim after many years of dedicated service, a member of Local 1973, a longtime 3rd Degree Member of the K of C - Council # 4375 and of the RCL Branch 261 . Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Friday March 15, 2013 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 9 PM. K of C Council # 4375 prayers at 7:00 PM followed by parish prayers Friday at 7:30 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at St. Anne's Church - Tecumseh (12233 Tecumseh Rd E) on Saturday March 18th, 2013 from 10:00 AM until time of Words of Remembrance at 10:25 AM followed by Mass of the Ressurection at 10:30 AM. Cremation to follow. A private interment at St. Anne's Cemetery at a later date.
