Obituary of James Kane

KANE, James James Kane, the Big Yin, left us peacefully in Windsor on the 16th of October, 2012 after spitting in the eye of cancer. He is greatly missed by wife Dorine, and predeceased by Betty. There"s now a huge hole in the lives of children Phil and Carol, Dianne and John, and John and Joyce. Jim has gone too soon for grandchildren Brendan, Duncan, Michael, Zak (and Katie). He"s missed by family Joan and Andy, Joanne and Charlie, Jackie and John, Joey, Wayne and Christina, as well as the rest of Dorine"s lovely family. Not to forget his loving niece, Laura whose presence always made things better. Jim will be remembered by his family in Scotland and by many colleagues through his work in the car industry in Windsor. Jim"s now at the nineteenth hole with old friends and family, enjoying a lager and a fine single malt while being serenaded by Mel Torme.
