Tom was the nicest guy you'd ever meet. Always the host to evening gatherings on his front lawn where all were welcome. He would always come by to chat if you were outside or even just a quick wave and hello as I'd walk the kids to school. He was so good and silly with our kids, even let them get him with water balloons or water squirters. He will be dearly missed by his neighbors/friends. He was the heart of our neighborhood and it just doesn't feel the same without "the mayor"
