MCNEIL, William Francis Jr. "Billy" Passed away Friday August 31, 2012 at Hotel Dieu-Grace Hospital at the age of 40 years. Dear father of Andrew of Toronto. Dear son of William and Lise McNeil; and Judy Douglas and husband Joe, all of Windsor. Dear Brother of Lynn and Chris; Micheline and Ron; JoAnn and husband Ted; the late Andre Larocque (1996); Glen and wife Christa, and Kimberley and husband Jason. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins. Special friend of Mandy.
