Obituary of Banjamin Stephenson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ben Stephenson at Ouellette campus from complications of Parkinson’s with his family by his side late Friday, May 22nd. Born in Toronto, Nov 2nd, 1937. Predeceased by his parents Stato and Vasilka Kozaroff, brother George Kozaroff. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Joan, three sons, Stephen (Leslie), Bruce (Lorrie) and Geoff (Shannon). Sister Eva O’Leary and Brother Jimmy Dimitroff and many Nieces and Nephews. Ben was blessed with 8 grandchildren, Vaughn, Vivian, Corah, Ainsley, Evelyn, Elicia, Tyler, and Lauren. A gas and pipe fitter by trade, Ben had the entrepreneurial spirit running his own businesses for many years. Ben was also a life member of the Masonic Trinity Lodge 521. There will be no visitation at this time. A celebration of life will take place at a later date when we can all get together. Arrangements entrusted to Windsor Chapel 519-253-7234.
