I used to work with Sandra at Coles Book Store. She always made our clients feel that she was the bookshop owner -- being a master bookseller (she went through all the examinations- and came through with flying colours) I remember when I first started working at Coles- Sandra took me under her wing - and -- she used to have to fix my mistakes-- -- my greatest mistake (not having worked with retail- I was a leader with Weight Watchers, having lost 132 pounds, was selling a pile of books to a customer- because I was a good salesperson, and the client gave me a credit card-- Mastercard, I think---- these were the days when you didn't have electronic bills -- you only had paper ones-- ANYWAY- i GOT THE PERSON'S NAME & TELEPHONE NUMBER - AND THAT WAS ALL -- IS THIS VISA OR M-CARD? they must have told me - but I hadn't written any info on the contract paper----- mom said - IT'S NOT MY MISTAKE- - and I had to phone the person (very gracious that she was) and providedme with the info I needed... It was at that moment that Sandra Lynn McDonnell Wolfe made it very clear - that she NEVER made a mistake...... and so from that moment on -- shen she did make a little 'slip' I nevertold her so... The spirit takes flight to the place that is unknown- and THERE is granted eternal peace rest in peace sandi---- Lee
