Obituary of Harold Edward Brydges

BRYDGES, Harold Edward Passed away peacefully on May 17, 2012 at the age of 83 years old. Beloved husband to wife Irene for 62 years. Loving father to Cheryl Melhuish & husband Ray, Gary Brydges & wife Dianna, Donna Hildenbrand & husband Matthew, Mark Brydges & wife Pamela and Brian Brydges & wife Tammy. Loving P"p" to Todd Thibert, Jason & Jaimie Brydges, Stephen & Sarah Hildenbrand, Natalie, Nicholas, Monica & Bethany Brydges and three great grandchildren Bradley, Amy and Jackson. Son of Alfred and Gladys Brydges. Brother of Robert Brydges (Peggy), Betty Warwick (Llyod), Gail Brydges, Carol Todorov (Walt). Predeceased by brother Don Brydges (Gerry) and sister Barbara Lepine (Jim). Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Harold retired from Ford Motor Company after 47.5 years of service and member of the Local 200. He was a founding father of Maidstone Area 1 Fire Department where he retired as Fire Chief with 26 years of service. Funeral services on Saturday May 19, 2012 leaving the funeral home at 9:00 am then to Good Shepherd Parish (St. Williams Site) for funeral mass at 10:00 am.
