Obituary of Brent Poliquin

POLIQUIN, Brent It is with great sadness that Bonnie, Brandon and Brittany announce the death of Brent, an amazing and loving husband and father on May 15, 2012. Loved by, Phil and Jackie Poliquin, Marlene and Mike Roth (Melissa, Joshua), Brant (1953), Violet Vadnais (Hector 2000), Randy Vadnais (Whitney, Rory, Marshall). Thank you to all of Brent's doctors, nurses and caregivers who showed compassion, understanding and professionalism during this difficult journey. We were blessed to have so many wonderful friends who have enriched our lives with their love, support and guidance through the years, especially during this difficult time. To Brandon and Brittany, thank you for allowing your Dad to live and die with the dignity that he deserved. Brent will live on in the hearts of those that he touched so deeply. At Brent's request, cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebration will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 519-253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. at Banwell Rd. on Friday May 18, 2012 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Prayers by Deacon John Shiha and dedication to his life at 8:00 pm in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Village, Transition To Betterness or Heritage Village Car Museum would be greatly appreciated.
