For many years, I worked as an Agent for the Co-operators Insurance and Bill was a loyal client. He was always friendly and kind when he visited or called. He would ask serious questions about his coverage, but never complained about what it cost. I remember when he moved into LaChaumiere and had to give up driving, something no one feels good about but Bill never complained, instead looking forward to a new and different chapter in his life. I was saddened to read of his passing, as I always enjoyed the many encounters we had over the years, and I believe that I learned much from him.
