Obituary of Zofia Poplawski

POPLAWSKI, Zofia Zofia Poplawski, 55, of Windsor, Ontario, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, September 2nd, 2011, after a daring 7 year battle with cancer. Zofia was born and raised in Swirydy, Poland, and moved with her husband and children to Canada where she spent her days being a wonderful mother, an active member of the polish community, and above all, a beautiful individual. Zofia was one of eight children to Wladyslaw and Aline Zalewski, a beloved sister to Stasiek, Tadeusz, Waldek, Mariusz and Bozena. Zofia will live forever in the hearts of her devoted husband Ted and children Daniel, Sylvia, Karl, and Marta. Dedicated grandmother to Aleeya, Bailey, Monika, Anjelika, Daniel, Aleksander, Johnathen and baby. Faithful friend to many, forever cherished, never forgotten.
