Obituary of Denise Marie Badder

BADDER, Denise Marie (nee Lauzon) Born on December 21, 1938 in North Tilbury, Ontario. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our sweet Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Sister on May 4, 2020, at the age of 81 years, after a courageous battle with multiple complications. Reunited with her beloved husband Clarence Garland Badder (1995). Loving mother to Claire Abbott (Steve), Mark Badder (Maureen), Karen Gagne (Carlyle), Constance Price (Bill), Gregory Badder (Carmen). Cherished grandmother to Amanda (Joe),, Kenndra (David), late Keith (2020), Scott, Travis (Karissa), Natalie, Danielle, Savannah, Kenny (Melissa), Billy (Marieve), Sarah, Isabelle. Great-grandmother to Juliette, Jack, Eleanor, Dalilah, Harry. Dear sister to late Theresa, Rene (Ellen), Shirley (Andre), Roland (Pam), late Joseph and surviving wife Fran, Andre (Andrea), Angele (Brian), Francis (Andrea). Dear sister in-law to Raymond Badder. Predeceased by parents Norman and Cecile Lauzon, in-laws, Garland Badder and Louise Logan. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Dear best friend to Debbie McMinn. Denise was a retired instructor from the Academy of Learning after many years of dedicated service. She loved flowers, gardening, hummingbirds, family gatherings and shopping with Debbie, but most of all Mom loved her children,, grandchildren and her new found love, her great-grandchildren. Rest in peace our Sweet Mother....She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. Our heartfelt and sincere thank you to the doctors and nurses at WRH, Ouellette Campus, Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare, Huron Lodge nurses, staff and PSW's for their exceptional and compassionate care provided to Denise. A special note of appreciation to Harriet, who was like a family member that went above and beyond in making sure that Denise was able to communicate with her family when we were not able to be there in person ourselves. A private family visitation was held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234 followed by cremation. A memorial and celebration of Denise' life will be announced at a later date.
