Obituary of Rita Agnes Flynn

FLYNN, Rita (Nee Dunn) Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 4, 2011 at the age of 86 years, on the Palliative Care Unit of Windsor Regional Hospital at Malden Park. Loving wife of the late Gordon (1987). Dear mother of Kevin (Kathleen), Marian (Greg Renaud), Jane (Thomas Wysman), John (Ruth), Susan (John Stack) of Florida. Loving grandmother of Aaron (Nicole), Shannon (Jeff Luelo), Jeffrey Renaud, Colin and Lauren Wysman, Jordan (Bridget), Krystan, Evan and Brennan Stack, Joshua, Jacob and Leah Flynn. Dear great grandmother of Brenna and Liam Renaud, Gavin and Maeve Luelo and Rylan Stack. Predeceased by parents Thomas and Agnes Dunn (nee McHugh), sisters Mabel and Madelon, brothers Thomas, Patrick, Donald, Charles and Bernard. Survived by Julie, Florence and Norma Dunn, Kathleen Byrne, Evelyn Flynn, Frank and Vivienne Miller and Marilynn Newhouser. Rita will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Friday, January 7, 2011 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 253-7234 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. ( corner of Banwell & Tecumseh Rd E.) Parish prayers will be held on Friday at 4:00 p.m. Visitation to continue at St. John Vianney Church ( 385 Dieppe St.) on Saturday January 8, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In kindness, donations may be made to the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) or Frank Chauvin's Food for Children.
