Obituary of Margaret Helen Mallen

MALLEN, Margaret " Marge " ( nee Nazarej ) It is with heavy hearts that we express Marge's passing on October 13, 2010 at the age of 71 years. Marge quietly passed away in the loving arms of her daughter Karen, surrounded by her son in law Sean ( McConnell ) and her grandaughters Madison & Emma who will forever remember her as their " Baba ". Reunited with her loving husband Pat ( 2002 ). Cherished sister of Mary ( Pittl ) Bachiu and the late Joe Nazarej ( 2009 ) . Predeceased by her parents Margaret ( 1988 ) and John (1982 ). Much loved sister in law of Frank & Aline Mallen, Rosalia & Dan Dobransky, Cathy & Joe Palamides, Art Gendreau, Michelle, Cheryl & Shirley Mallen and predeceased by Tom & Bernie Elliott, Maureen Gendreau , Roger & Marie Chartrand , Patrick & Sheila Rousseau, Joe, Alice, Mark, Kevin, Joan, Vincent, Allen and Michael Mallen. Marge will be sadly missed but never forgotten by many nieces, nephews, friends, neighbours and by her faithful dog " Murph". Marge was a former Vice President of Michigan National Bank and retired from Villa Maria Home for the Aged where she served as Director of Finance. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME ( BANWELL CHAPEL ) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E. ( corner of Banwell & Tecumseh Rd E.) 519-253-7234 on Friday from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM. Parish prayers Friday evening at 7:30 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Slovak Church ( 1532 Alexis Rd ) on Saturday October 16, 2010 from 9:30 AM until time of funeral mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
