Obituary of Daniel Korcok

Korcok, Daniel January 1, 1933 – May 1, 2020 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel Korcok who went to meet his Lord and Saviour at the age of 87. He was born in Erdevic, former Yugoslavia on January 1, 1933. He was married to the love of his life Anna Hrcek for 56 years. They immigrated to Windsor, Ontario in 1966. When he first arrived in Canada he worked as a carpenter at Joe's Wood Working and later was employed by SKD Maunfacturing. Daniel's life with Anna involved working and enjoying time with their family and the Slovak church community. Daniel will be missed dearly by all of his siblings: Mary Fabok, John (Mary) Korcok, Ana Habuda, Luke Korcok and Kathy Korcok and his many nieces and nephews. Funeral Visitation at Windsor Chapel Central, 519-253-7234, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E on Wednesday, May 6th. Those wishing to attend the visitation must call Pastor Jan Franka at the church at 519-948-0846 Ext 11 only to confirm your time of visiting. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has instituted the following directive: "The new maximum number of people who can be at a funeral home at one time (not including staff) is 10 or fewer.
