Obituary of Rosalia Fata

FATA, Rosalia "Lia" (nee Delisi) November 19, 1952 - February 16, 2013 It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of a beautiful and precious wife, mother, grandmother and sister, on February 16th, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving wife of 35 years to Joseph Fata. Cherished mother and best friend to Ellen Prestia (Gabriel) and Joseph Fata (Serafina). Also cherished as a second mother by her close friend, Agnes Malysa. Beloved daughter to the late Gaetano Delisi (1987) and Francesca Carollo (2007). Adored sister of Anna Maria Delisi, of Giaveno, Italy and predeceased by brother Vittorio Delisi (1952). Rosalia had the honour of meeting her first grandchild, Jasmine Kate Prestia, shortly before she passed away. Rosalia will always be remembered for her beautiful and amazing spirit, her pure heart, gentle soul, and her unconditional love for family.
