Obituary of John Alexander Burns

BURNS, John Passed away peacefully on February 2, 2013 at the age of 65. Dear husband of 30 years to Karen (nee Webster). Loving father to Shonna and husband Simon, and Scott and wife Ally. Dear grandfather to Maya, Elliott, Luca, and Sienna. Loving brother to June (Richard) Boissonneau, and Debbie Koukim. Brother-in-law to Roberta, Joyce (late Syd), and Robert. Uncle to many including Scott & Melissa (Peyton & Preston), Robert, Candice, Michael, Jason, Dylan, Shelley & Tom, and Marc & Charmain. Predeceased by parents Frank and Gladys Czvornych, brother Robert and sister Darlene. John was with Windsor Fire and Rescue Services for 37 years and retired a district chief and also involved in real estate locally for 25 years. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Private funeral services on Thursday, February 7, 2013.
