Obituary of Morris Rubli

RUBLI, Morris Passed away peacefully on August 25, 2012, at Malden Park Palliative Care, at the age of 73. Born in Fiume Veneto, Italy, son of the late Giovanni & Celestina Rubli. Beloved husband of 49 years to Mary (nee Gavrelets) Rubli. Loving father of Chris & Jennifer Rubli. Proud grandpa of Katelyn, Ava, and Isabella. Dear brother in law of Dorothy Stratichuk and her late husband Nick. Godfather of Tim Stratichuk and also Rita Nolan. Morris is missed by his best friend Dominic (Yolanda) Lombardi. He is remembered by Mirto (Anna) Lenisa and his many hunting buddies. He is also remembered by his cousins, niece, and nephew. Retired after 30 years at Arlen Tool. He was also a member of the Fogolar Furlan Club. A very heartfelt thank you to Deb Broomfield for all her care, compassion, and help over the years. E., on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 3-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services at 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at the Windsor Chapel then to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (804 Grand Marais Road East) for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Crematorium.
