Obituary of William Robert Holden

HOLDEN, William Robert (Bill) With shattered hearts we announce the passing of a wonderful man. Bill was born January 14, 1938 and passed away July 12, 2012. Beloved husband and best friend to Mary (nee Robinson) for 48 years. Very proud and loving father to Bill Jr. and wife Tammy (Belanger). Devoted Papa to his girls Ashley and Emily. Predeceased by parents Irma (1964) and William Holden (1968). Survived by brothers Dennis, Randy and wife Debbie, sisters Joyce and Neil Carpenter, Betty and Stan Reid, Hazel Patrick, Patsy, Olive, Ann and Michael Gray, Lana and Ed Shaw. Predeceased by brothers Tom (1992), Joe (2006) and sisters Shirley (1975), Rena (1985) and Barbara (2011). Survived by brothers-in-law John Robinson, Jim and Pat Robinson and Lorne Gawne. Sisters-in-law Shirley and Gerry Willsie, Kathy and Paul Cloutier, Marg and Bill Douglas, Donna Robinson, Shirley Robinson and Pat Holden. Bill will be missed by several loving nieces and nephews. At Bill's request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
