Obituary of Maria da Silva

DA SILVA, Maria (nee da Silva) 80 years, passed away at Windsor Regional Hospital- Met Campus, on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. Beloved wife of the the late Antonio da Silva (April 9, 2020). Dear mother of Teresa (Mike) Mahesh, Isabel (John) Yancan, Tony (Arlene) da Silva, Jorge da Silva, Cristina (Patrick) McNeilly and Joe (Tim) da Silva. Loving Grandma of Nishan and Nevin Mahesh, Kyle and Corey Yancan, Fabio and Suse da Silva, Mark and Julia Hamilton, Daniel, Katrina and Hannah McNeilly, and loving great Grandma to Eliana and Gavin Mahesh. Cherished daughter of the late Jose Gomes and Isolina da Silva (nee Duarte). She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and family all over the world. Antonio and Maria came from Portugal in 1977 with their children and settled in Sault Ste. Marie, then moved to Windsor after Antonio retired in 2001.
