LEMIRE, Glenn Arthur Passed away June 10, 2012 in his 83rd year. Loving husband of the late Florence (Gabrieau) (1979) and Marcella "Marcie" (Poisson). Dear father of Lynda & Leonard Hebert, Michael Wayne Lemire (1951-1957), Molly & Jim Sangster, Jerry & Tracey Lemire, Patty Lemire & Rene Leveille, Darlene (2006) & Edward Janisse & Kim Pundzius, Glen Jr. & Belinda Lemire, Lorna & Marc Cadarette, Tom Lemire & Cindy Villemaire and Mary Beth Lemire. Step-father of Tammy Fairthorne and Dan Long & Amy Welton. Dearest grandfather and step-grandfather of 31, great-grandfather and step-great-grandfather of 21 and great-great-grandfather of 2. Predeceased by parents Adrian "Eddie" Lemire (1984) and Marguerite (Pearson) (Lemire) (1992). Dear brother of Bob & Gloria Lemire, Inverness, Florida and Ken & Evelyn Lemire. Glenn is survived by many nieces and nephews. After serving with the Royal Canadian Navy in the early 50's, Glenn focused his attention on the work he enjoyed; designing, detailing and construction; co-ordinating various projects for architects, engineers and contractors in Ontario and five other provinces. Glenn operated his own consulting corporation from 1994 to 2004 before retiring. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
