BOLOHAN, WILLARD (BILL) OCTOBER 20, 1924 " MAY 14, 2012 Passed away suddenly at the age of 87, surrounded by his friends while playing cards. Predeceased by his beloved wife Lily (nee Halushinski), his parents, Lazar and Iliana, and his sister Mary and husband Norm Pare. Loving son-in-law of the late Mike and Mary Halushinski. Cherished and loving father of Debbie (Jerry) and Cheryl (Mike). He will be missed by his grandchildren Danielle (Adam), Christine, and Curtis Beckett and Joshua and Jacob Prodan. Will be lovingly remembered by his brother-in-law Joe and his wife Edith Halushinski , his nieces and nephew, his special friend Loretta Poole, and all his friends and neighbours. A special thank you to his neighbours Scott, Melissa, George, Angela and Ben who always looked out for him. Willard (Bill) will be remembered as a kind, gentle and respectful man who was always willing to help others. He was blessed to have lived an active life enjoying fastball, golf, bowling, playing cards, and shopping. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, May 18, 2012 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Family and friends are requested to meet at St. George's Romanian Orthodox Cathedral on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. . Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the Bill Bolohan Bursary at Academie Ste. Cecile.
