MESSENUK, Jennie Born July 11, 1914, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Passed away April 5, 2012, at the age of 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Messenuk (2002). Loving mother of Victoria and husband Gary Pawluk. Cherished grandmother of Matthew Pawluk, Ryan Pawluk and wife April and Andrea Pawluk and Sean Evans. Dear great-grandmother of Brianna. Jennie is survived by many nieces and nephews in Western Canada. Mrs. Messenuk was a member of St. Vladimir's Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral Lady's Group and Perogi Group. She was the "Best Cook on the Planet." Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 8 p.m. Panakhyda Monday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel. Rt. Rev. Fr. Roman Trynoha officiating. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
