Mostowyj Mychajlo (Michael) Ukrainian Patriot Michael passed away peacefully on March 31, 2012 at Rose Garden Villa at the age of 96 years. Born January 28, 1916 in Suchastaw, Ukraine. Predeceased by his loving wife Kateryna (nee: Ostapkewich 2007). Dear father of Stephan and wife Stephania. Dear grandfather to Michael, Vladimir and Helena. Dear uncle to Stephania, Ivanna, Mary, Halyna and Mary Kindiak. Dear friend of Peter Mycak and Lily Napier. Michael was a member of the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Vladimir, Windsor, the Ukrainian Youth Association, League of Ukrainian Canadian and the Ukrainian National Organization. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, April 8, 2012 from 5-9 p.m. Panakhyda at 7:30 p.m. Friends will be received for visitation at St. Vladimir's Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, 2000 Tecumseh Road East on Monday April 9 from 10:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11am.
