Obituary of Roy Joseph Menard

MENARD, Roy Joseph November 2, 1959 - February 28, 2012 Beloved, faithful and devoted husband to April for 26 years. Loving and devoted father to his two sons, Roy and Brandon. Youngest son of Frances and the late Roy Menard Sr. Dear brother of Larry, Bob, Barbara and Diane and their spouses and children. Greatly loved brother in-law to April's brothers and sisters. April lovingly cared for Roy at home until the day of his passing at Hospice Residential Home. Roy courageously battled pancreatic cancer and fought the fight of his life. Many thanks to Roy's caregivers, notably his sister Barbara who took Roy to several medical appointments and spent time comforting him. April is very touched and overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of her colleagues at Home Depot. Roy was a 34 year employee of National Auto Radiator. "Our Dad brought love and joy to our home. We will never forget our talks, the laughs we shared together, Saturday night hockey, Sunday dinners, and everything in between. . . " Always in our hearts, Love your sons forever and always, Roy and Brandon. At Roy's request cremation has taken place.
