Obituary of Albertine Marie Casey

Casey, Albertine Marie (nee Lajeunesse) It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our loving Mother, Meme and Great-Meme on February 25, 2012 at the age of 95 years. Reunited with her beloved Emile, who has been waiting patiently for her since 2001. Her unwavering faith and love for her family gave her the strength to live a long and fulfilling life. Loving mother of Emily Casey and fiance' Curtis Stein, Cecilia and husband Leo Racicot, Dr. Joseph and wife Jennifer Casey. Loving Meme to Derrick Jamieson and Sue Worley, Denise and husband Brad Cascadden, Tracey and husband Cornel Rizea, Leo Racicot Jr., Dean and wife Shannen Racicot, Darren and wife Jodi Racicot, Jonathan Casey, the late Erin Casey (1984), Patrick Casey and fiance' Marissa, Michael and Adam Casey. Loving Great-Meme to Megan and Erin Corchis, Ashlee and Kylie Jamieson, Hunter and Tanner Racicot, the late Michael Racicot (2000) and Danica Albertine Racicot and Baby brother to be. Survived by one sister. Predeceased by 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Albertine was a retiree from the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board after 35 years of teaching and a member of the Catholic Women's League. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Friday March 2, from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Parish prayers at 7:30pm. Friends and family are asked to gather at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Road) at 9am Saturday March 3 until time of Funeral Mass at 9:30am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
