Obituary of Colette Dolores Lambert

Colette Dolores Lambert (nee Janisse) was born on May 16, 1928 to Anselm & Marina Janisse. On Wednesday April 8 Colly was finally reunited with Larry, the husband she loved all her life and missed terribly for the last 15 years. Colette is proceeded in death by her husband Larry Lambert (2004) and her brothers Muzz and Gerry, and sisters Carmel, Germaine and lovingly remembered by her younger sister and close companion Babe. She is also dearly missed by Teresa Meloche, her best "buddy" at Amica. Colette is remembered with so many wonderful times of joy and laughter in her life by family, friends and her 6 children: Joette, Jeff (Carol), Michelle Vandereerden (Tony), Renee Soulliere, Julie Bondy (Marty), Jay (Stacey) and her 12 amazing grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren (with one on the way). Mom had a peaceful, loving death in her own bed with Julie and Michelle by her side. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Windsor Chapel 519-253-7234. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has instituted the following directive: “The new maximum number of people who can be at a funeral home at one time (not including staff) is 10 or fewer. This pertains to the entire funeral home.”
