BLAIS, Blanche (nee Daoust) Passed away peacefully on November 25, 2011 with family by her side. Dear wife of the late Rodriguez Blais. Loving mother to Leo and wife Monique, Jean-Paul and wife Elaine, Claire and husband Doug Lauzon, Suzanne and husband Paul Bouchard, Guy (Joe) and wife Sheryl, Richard (Linda Macedinio), Therese Harris, Marc and wife Laura. Predeceased by daughter-in-law Valerie Blais. Adored grandmother to Eric (Rod), Angeline, late Claudette, Andre (Deanna), Pierre (Amanda), Darrel, Steven (Jayme), Denise (Marc), Michael, Michelle (James), Danielle (Ivan), Chantelle (Tim), Matthew, Nicole, Christopher (Vicky), Alan (Terri), Renee (Aaron), Francois (Melissa), Edward (Sarah) and Robert. Dear great-grandmother to Katrielle, Jordan, Kendall, Kyra, Julia, Garret, Kyle, Derrick, Joshua, Tyler, Josette, Abrielle, Milene, Michael, Jocelyne, Catherine, Owen, Benjamin and Darwin. Daughter to the late Rosa & Alcide Daoust. Sister to the late Aurore Ladouceur & late husband Aldege, late Simone Webber & late husband Jack, late Lucien, late Joseph & late wife Rhea, Albert & late wife Jeanine, Therese Delorme & late husband Euclide, late Yvette, late Henri & late wife Rita, late Leo & surviving wife Yolande, late Jacqueline Dufresne & surviving husband Henri. Many nieces and nephews survive. Blanche was a member of L'Age d' Or Club, St. Therese and St. Jerome Churches, lifetime member of Club Alouette and a volunteer at the Canadian Red Cross. The family wishes to give thanks to the staff at Huron Lodge for the excellent care that was shown to our mother and family.
