Obituary of Wallace Henry Hicks

HICKS Wallace Henry Passed away peacefully November 17, 2011 at Malden Park Continuing Care Centre, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Norine (nee Colautti). Dear son of the late Mary Hicks (Chevalier, 1972). Dear brother of the late Charles Hicks ,( 1966). and the late Grace Kroh, (2008) Dear Brother-in-law of the late Ernestine Paron, Genevieve Piccinin, Agnes Mariuz and Joseph Colautti. Dear uncle of the late William Kroh (2009), and survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great & great,great nieces and nephews. Mr. Hicks served overseas in WWll as a navigator with the R.C.A.F., was retired from Canada Post, was an usher at St. Angela Merici Church, and was an avid bowler. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519.253.7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd., East on Sunday November 20, 2011 from 5-9 pm. A Service under the Auspices of the Windsor Veterans Memorial Committee will take place on Sunday at 6:00 pm. Parish prayers Sunday at 7:30 pm. The family will receive friends on Monday November 21, 2011 at Immaculate Heart Parish (2153 Parkwood, just south of Tecumseh Rd., East) for visitation from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.
