Obituary of Stephen Joseph Zold

ZOLD, Stephen Passed away peacefully. Heaven has called him home on October 13, 2011 at the age of 82 years. Loving and devoted Husband of Joanne (nee Marcy). Loving Father of the late David Zold (2007), Joanne Vucenovic (Nick), Stephanie Stone (Doug), and Edward Zold (Andrea). Dear Gramps to Jason (Kerri), Alexander (Karla), and Rebecca (Jamie). Great-grandfather to Benjamin, Evangeline and Aiden. Dear brother in-law of the late Joseph (1998) (Helen), and Edward (Bonnie). Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and godchildren. Stephen was retired from Ford Motor Company, Secretary Treasurer for the Canadian Slovak Benefit Society and longtime parishioner of Sts. Cyril & Methodius Slovak Church. Blessed with 62 years of togetherness. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, October 16, 2011 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. then to Sts. Cyril & Methodius Slovak Church (1532 Alexis Rd) for Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Alphonus Cemetery.
