Obituary of Eveline Marie Emery

EMERY, Eveline Marie (nee Barbe) The Lord took Eveline Marie Emery away from us on August 6, 2011 at Leamington Memorial Hospital at the age of 93 years. Loving wife of the late Eugene Emery. Eveline is sadly missed by her daughter Beverley and husband Donald Stanley of Mississauga; her grandson Darren of Toronto and granddaughter Kelly (John) of Cambridge. Survived by her brother Hector Barbe (Loretta). Predeceased by sister Greta Soulliere (late Gideon), sister Gertrude (Lawrence), brother Maurice (Adele), brother Wilfred Barbe (late Mary), sister Janet Tellier (Edgar). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family Doreen, Bernice, Laura, Charlene and their children. She was a member of the Catholic Women's League at St. John de Brebeuf & Companions. A very special thanks to Laura for her commitment and patience. Also thanks to the staff of Franklin Gardens LTCH and the doctors and nurses at Leamington General Hospital. Eveline lived a long and full life and made many friends along the way. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Monday, August 15, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.Prayers Monday at 7:30pm. Family and friends are requested to meet at St. John de Brebeuf & Companions (67 Main St. E., Kingsville) on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Victoria Memorial Gardens. Honoured to act as pall bearers for Mrs. Emery will be Kelly-Lynn Metcalfe - Grand Daughter, Leigh Westfall - Grandson, Josh Conorton - Great Grandson and Nephews: Gerry Barbe, Rick Barbe, Gerry Janisse and Glen Roshier.
