Obituary of James Joseph Katona

KATONA, James Joseph "Jim" Passed away peacefully, with his beloved family at his side, on August 7, 2011 at the age of 61. Dearest father of Cindy Elschner and Jon Pindar, Jennifer Katona and Derek Churchill and Jon and Janice Brentnall. Special papa to Jeanette, Jonathan, Brandie, Jasmine, Sarah and William. Dear brother to Julie Bornais, Emma Katona, Elizabeth and Jim Mitchell, Martha and Larry Tanguay, Mary Helen Patrick and Al Benoit. James is survived by many nieces and nephews. Best friend of Carolynn and Bill Stewart and Ken Fisher. Special thanks to all the nurses, PSW's and volunteers at Hospice Village. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Jim's life will take place at 8 p.m. Cremation to follow.
