Obituary of Phuong "Kathy" Vu

VU, Phuong “Kathy” October 20, 1955-March 26, 2020. Passed away peacefully on March 26, 2020 at wrh-Met Campus at the age of 64 with her loving family at her side. Predeceased by her husband Cuong Nguyen and her parents Dan Vu and Pho Pham. Loving mother of James (Chan) Nguyen, and Chris (Chuyen) Nguyen (Seva). Cherished grandmother of Vienna and Victoria Nguyen. Dear sister of Vinh Vu (Ngoc), Hien Vu (Oanh), Phuong Vu, Bao Vu (Binh), Phi Vu (Steve), Khoi Vu and the late Quy Vu. Special aunt of Hanh Vu, Yen Vu, Thanh Vu, Toan Vu, Huy Vu, Thao Vu, Hung Vu, John Vu, Leanne Young and the late Lap Vu. A special thank you to the staff at the Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare Centre for the exceptional care our mother received the last year and a half. Due to the recent Covid19 pandemic, a private family burial has taken place at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. A Memorial Mass will be planned at St. Anne’s Church in the future.
