Obituary of Florence Suffield

SUFFIELD, Florence Elizabeth Passed away peacefully on February 2, 2011 at W.R.H., Metropolitan Campus surrounded by her family at the age of 85. Reunited with her beloved husband Norman (1974). Loving mother to Tom and wife Shelley of Mississauga, Ontario, and Scott and wife Joanne of Windsor, Ontario. Cherished "Nanny" to Jonathan Suffield. Dear sister to William Turnbull and predeceased by brother Horace "John". Long time friend and companion to Ken Owen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Florence was known as "Mum" to many in the neighbourhood and for the past 25 years to the employees and clients of Scott's Service (Huron Line). Florence was a proud member of the T.B.P.A. (Transatlantic Brides and Parents Association). The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Kizis for his compassionate care as well as the nursing staff at 4 West. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, February 4, 2011 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Cremation to follow.
