Obituary of Sergio Muzzin

MUZZIN, Sergio It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of a loving Husband, Father and Nonno, on January 29, 2011 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 75 years. Beloved Husband of 52 years to Marilena (nee Moret). Loving and devoted father to Joseph (Joe) Muzzin, and wife Angela, and Myra Postlethwaite. Cherished Nonno to Alan, Dale, Conner and Celina. Dear Brother to Eleonora and late husband Oreste, Sante and wife Maria, Maria and late husband Gino, Aniba and late husband Luigi and Achille and wife Eda. Predeceased by parents Luigi and Luiga Muzzin, brother Giovanni and surviving wife Dora, and sister Iolanda and husband Antonio. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Sergio was a retired bricklayer and member of B.A.C. Local Union 6 for over fifty years. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Tuesday February 1st, 2011, from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Parish prayers Tuesday at 7:30 pm. . Funeral Services on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 10:15 am from the Funeral Home then to St. Alphonsus Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
