Obituary of Giobatta Gaggero

GAGGERO Giobatta (Joe, Bacci) With great sadness we announce the death of Giobatta Gaggero, in his 88th year. Reunited with his beloved late wife Irene Gaggero (2006). Predeceased by his parents Teresa and Angelo Gaggero, and by his brothers Giacomo and Mario. He will be missed by his sisters in law Emma Moloney of Kitchener and Enrichetta Tardito of Italy. Survived by nieces and nephews Gerard Moloney, Cathy Moloney (Chris Trojanowski) Elizabeth Bezruki (Garry), Veronica Moloney and Bridget Moloney and Walter Gaggero and Maria Grazia Olcese of Italy. Also survived by great-nieces Christine and Jessica Bezruki. Giobatta was born in Mele, Genova, Italy and came to Canada in 1951. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 33 years. He will be remembered for his love and dedication to his wife Irene. The family would like to thank Joe"s neighbours for their kindness, friendship and support towards him. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL), 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, January 7, 2011 from 7-9 pm with parish prayers at 8 pm. Funeral Service Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 8:45 am from the funeral home then in procession to St. Angela Merici Church for a Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 am.
