Obituary of Leonard Elmer Damphouse

DAMPHOUSE, Leonard. 73 years. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 18, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband to Elizabeth (nee Tarr). Dear Father to Randy (Lee Anne), Donna (Carl), Curtis (Brenda), Kevin (Jennifer). Loving Grandfather to Tina, Melanie, Paige, Devin, Tyler, Derek, Breanna, Erik. Leonard retired from General Motors Transmission Plant and was a member of CAW Local 1973. He will be sadly missed by his fishing and golfing friends. According to Leonard's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 from 2 - 5 pm and 7 - 9 pm, with a Memorial Service to celebrate Leonard's life at 8 pm in the Chapel.
