Obituary of Margaret Mary Phyllis Dean

DEAN, Margaret Mary Phyllis (nee Boulanger). 82 years. Passed away peacefully on December 14, 2010 at Hospice Residential Home, surrounded by her loving family. Reunited with her beloved husband Edwin William (Bill) (2004). Loving and devoted mother to Brian Dean, Jim and wife Linda Dean, David and wife Andromeda Dean. Cherished "Nana Phyl" to Danielle, Kylie, Emerson, Sylvia, and Sterling. Dear sister to John and wife Clare Boulanger, Loretta and husband Glen Doyle, and Peter and late wife Janice Boulanger: all of Calgary. Predeceased by siblings Alfred, Arthur, Louise Kerr, Mary Leard and surviving husband Hugh of Florida. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was a graduate of St. Paul's School of Nursing in Saskatoon and worked at Hotel-Dieu Hospital in Windsor.Family and friends will be received at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Services on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 11 am in the Chapel. In accordance with Phyllis' wishes, a private interment will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers and in keeping with Phyllis' wishes, donations to the Hospice of Windsor & Essex County would be appreciated. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Roxana Chow, staff at Karmanos Cancer Centre, Sunrise Senior's Residence and Hospice Village for their compassionate care provided to our Mother.
