Obituary of Donald Gordon Stewart

STEWART, Donald (Pee Wee) At peace in the loving arms of Jesus on October 31, 2010 at the age of 76 years. Loving husband, soulmate and best friend of Bernadette (Bunny) (nee Bastien) for 51 years. Deeply cherished by children Tim Stewart and wife Susan, Mona Turner and husband Jeff, Matt Stewart, Chuck Stewart (2007), Connie Meloche and husband Al, Aimee Stewart, and Maureen Curtis and husband Kevin. Adored by grandchildren Lindsay Ducharme and husband Glenn, Katie and D.J. Turner, Dylan Stewart, Justin Hoadley, Samantha, Donny and Michael Meloche, and Madison and Zachary Curtis. Great-grandfather of Audrey Ducharme. Predeceased by parents George and Cora Stewart. Beloved brother of Ken Stewart and wife Dianne, Eleanor Dummer and late husband Ray, the late George Stewart and wife Beverly. Dear brother-in-law of Constance Seguin and Angele Bastien. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by numerous family members and friends. Special friend and Pro-Line buddy of Gus Banfill. Donald was a former plant chairperson for OCAW Wyeth Pharmaceutical and former member of the Toronto Green Gaels Lacrosse Team. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, (MAIN CHAPEL) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Monday, November 1, 2010, from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Prayers Monday at 7:30 p.m. Relatives and friends will be received for visitation on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd.) from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
