Obituary of Manly James Robert Gibson

GIBSON, Manly Passed away peacefully, on July 23, 2010, at Hospice Village. Beloved husband of Anita Gibson (nee Meurier). Cherished father of Clyde Gibson and wife Anne, of Chatham, Brian Gibson and partner Terry, of Edmonton, Linda Steward and husband Robin, of Burlington, Deborah Woods and husband Tim, of Alberta, Garry Comeau and wife Robyne, of Chatham and Robert Comeau, of Windsor. Predeceased by his parents Harland and Elva Gibson and granddaughter Brenda Napper. Will be sadly missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Ruth Perkins and husband Elmer and Vivian Gibson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Manly was a retired Tool and Die Maker from General Motors. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, (MAIN CHAPEL) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 from 2 - 5 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Prayers Tuesday 7:00 p.m. Relatives and friends will be received on Wednesday, July, 28, 2010, at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd.), from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
