Obituary of Titus John Augustin

Augustin, Titus John Peacefully with his family by his side on May 23, 2010 at the age of 88 yrs. Loving husband of 62 yrs to Anna (nee Matalik) Beloved father to Linda Zugloff of Uxbridge, Ont; and Mark and wife Brenda Augustin of Richmond Hill, Ontario. Dear grandfather "Dedo" to Ondrea and husband Matts Ross, Amanda Zugloff, James and Jesse Augustin. Dear brother to Fred and wife Helen, Clementina, Tereza, and the late Beatrice. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Titus "Tom" was a Veteran of W.W.II whrere he served overseas for 4 years. Past President of the Business and Professional Club, part owner of Remington Auto Supply, as well as Sandwich West Bus Lines. He will be remembered for his zest for life, love of languages, dancing, music and song. Resting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd. east on Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Relatives and friends are requested to meet at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (corner of Mt.Royal and Cousineau) on Wednesday May 26, 2010 from 10:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11 am. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. As your expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
