Obituary of Robert Charles Dolman

DOLMAN, Robert Charles November 26, 1955 - January 30, 2010 Robert, at the age of 54 years, has departed from this life's experience into the cradle of our Lord's arms after a courageous battle with cancer. Rob was forever evolving and a beloved husband of Aloysia (Busuttil) of 31 years. Adored by and deeply loved father of Joel, Alyce and Aaron. Cherished son of Rev. Harold Dolman and Barbara Dolman (predeceased 2004). Precious brother of Sherri Lauzon and Wanda Lyle (husband Donald). Cherished son-in-law of Joseph Busuttil and Patrizia Busuttil (predeceased 2006). Fun loving brother-in-law of Connie Czajkowski (Jerry), Sam Busuttil, Josephine Hinse (Marcel), Frank Busuttil (Irene), Carmen Hudson (Wayne), Catherine Farnham (Greg) and Anna Charbonneau. Rob was blessed with a joyful abundance of nieces and nephews plus great nieces and nephews. He will surely be missed by all of them. Especially missed by his little angels Ava Jones, Amber Poulson, and family pets Jazzy and Portia. Special and devoted friend of Dominic Perrotta. Rob most certainly would have wanted to express his appreciation and thanks to all his loving supporters, prayer individuals and groups, Hospice team, nurses on Met. Cancer floor, Malden Park and Bayshore nurses Deanna and Launa. Special thanks to Dr. Menardi at Hotel Dieu Grace for his above and beyond care for his patient Rob. Whatever deed done, however great or small, was held dear by his family, for he loved you all. He will be missed, but we can hold dear those times of joy, laughter and fun that we had with him and say "Thanks for the blessing." Rob was a long time employee of Ford Motor Company, having served over 30 years. He was also an avid bowler with the Little River Bowling League, was a dedicated sports fan, was Momma's gardening partner, but most of all he was a devoted family man. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Tuesday February 2, 2010, from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Parish prayers Tuesday evening at 7:30pm.
