Dear Zia, I have so many fond memories of you. From way back in Italy as kids when Al and I hung around your kitchen as you baked sweets so we could suck on some sugar dipped lemons; to my adult single days when I lived out of town. My most favorite infamous old fashioned sour cherry tarts of yours always gave me something familiar to come back home to. We will miss you so much Zia. It won't be the same for anyone without you around. We love you very much and pray that you are now comfortably resting in HIs precious arms. Our sincerest condolences are sent to the immediate family my Zio Lamberto, cousins Grace and Al and their families. We feel for you during this difficult time and great loss. May the Lord comfort your grieving hearts for He says that "Blessed are those that grieve". He is the source of our strength, comfort, and encouragement at all times. Ask for these gifts from Him and you shall receive it. Bless you all in the difficult days ahead. From Vilma Macioce (nee: Pozzi), husband Mario and son JohnPaul.
