Obituary of Filomena Di Stefano

Di STEFANO, Nella (nee Messina) Passed away peacefully on October 27, 2009 in the loving arms of her husband Joe, with whom she shared 53 wonderful years of marriage. Cherished mom of Franca and husband Nick Maltese, Vincenzo and wife Maria Di Stefano, Maddalena (Helen) and husband Filippo Chiarappa, Angelo Di Stefano and wife Lisa, and Anna and husband Giuseppe Chiarappa. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Gia and Neil Ataman, Albert and Michell Maltese, Nellie Maltese and friend Matty, Joey and Crystal Di Stefano, Michel and Christina Di Stefano, Sonia Vitella (Bekim), Louie and Naomi Chiarappa, Joseph and Cristina Chiarappa, Domenic, Samantha and Lucas Di Stefano, Louie and Antonella Chiarappa and great grandchildren Gavin Di Stefano and Alexander Di Stefano. She leaves behind many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews in Italy. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, October 29, 2009 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Parish prayers Thursday at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 8:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
