Obituary of Garnet Frederick Bigelow

BIGELOW, Garnet Oct. 1, 1936 - Sept. 24, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Garnet, beloved husband of Irene of 53 years. Father to Garnet Jr. and wife Sheryl, Karen and husband Paul, Mike, Cheryl and friend Warren, Debra and friend Joe. Beloved grandpa of Mindy and Tom, Garnet Jr. and Natalie, Ashley, Amy, Jari, Jenna, Krystal, Daniel and Trisha. Great grandpa to Brooklyn, Daniel, Amira and Lucas. Son of the late Rena and Bert Bigelow. Brother of the late William and wife Shirley, the late Shirley and Rudy Dufour, the late Joyce St Louis and husband Larry, Vernon and wife Cindy and Gail King and husband Gord. Garnet will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service Monday, September 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
